Sprints and MS

About a week ago we joined the YMCA so my kids could do Y sports and use

the pool. Since I'm there anyway I decided to play around with Yoga classes

and Aikito classes along with using the weight machines and doing some work

on the exercise bike. It's only been a week but I'm already seeing

benefits.Yesterday, I was able to braid my hair down my back for the first

time in 6 years!! I usually don't have the strength to keep my arms up

above my head long enough to comb my hair easily, let a long braid it.

A few months ago I started the Leptin Reset and lost a good bit of weight.

I have about 20lbs left to lose.

I've come a long way in the last 6 years with stopping the progression and

reversing daily symptoms of SPMS.... now, maybe it's a good time to

rebuild.

I'd like to do Sprints as recommended by Dr Mercola and Dr Jack Kruse (the

Leptin Reset guy) but I'm afraid of over doing it and exhausting myself. I

still have 4 kids at home, I can't afford to overdo and be wiped out for

hours or days afterward. I'm considering doing Sprints 2 days a week,

weight training 1 or 2 days a week, Yoga once and Aikito once a week.

Does anybody here do Mercola's Sprint 8 program? What are your experiences?

Anyone have ideas about good recovery foods for someone following a

combination of gluten free, dairy free, low oxalate, leptin reset/paleo?

Thanks!

Yvette
