Guest guest
I would wait as long as my curiosity could stand it and then pick a week where nothing is going on and then try it. I have never tried reintroducing on purpose but we have had accidents and they are quite hard to deal with when you are no longer used to the behavior. Congratulations on getting him through the yeast die-off. --- CurePDD wrote: > > .....................> QUESTION- When do you start > trying to reintroduce Gluten & Casein to see if they > were the problem???? Guest guest
I need to know what you are having mixed with your Nyatatin powder. My DAN doc just gave me a prescription for Nystatin but I notice the frutose etc.. in it. I know someone mentioned stevia. Pls. advise. Thanks, Corinne in Atlanta
Guest guest
We never purposely reintroduce gluten either. But, there was once my son took a brownie (regular) from a picnic(he was 1 and 1/2 month into the GFCF diet then), He had two very loose stools the second day. Another time he took two pieces of Honey Nut Cherio (about 2 month into the diet), he had a very very waterly stool the second day. He used to have diarrhea all the time before the diet. He has been having perfect stools ever since the diet.
