I would wait as long as my curiosity could stand it

and then pick a week where nothing is going on and

then try it. I have never tried reintroducing on

purpose but we have had accidents and they are quite

hard to deal with when you are no longer used to the

behavior. Congratulations on getting him through the

yeast die-off.

I need to know what you are having mixed with your Nyatatin powder. My DAN

doc just gave me a prescription for Nystatin but I notice the frutose etc..

in it. I know someone mentioned stevia. Pls. advise. Thanks, Corinne in

Atlanta

We never purposely reintroduce gluten either. But, there was once my

son took a brownie (regular) from a picnic(he was 1 and 1/2 month

into the GFCF diet then), He had two very loose stools the second

day. Another time he took two pieces of Honey Nut Cherio (about 2

month into the diet), he had a very very waterly stool the second

day. He used to have diarrhea all the time before the diet. He has

been having perfect stools ever since the diet.
