Guest guest Posted January 8, 2008 Report Share Posted January 8, 2008 Okay. The past two weeks I've decided to change my fitness routine. I'm usually a 5-6 day a week gal--sometimes twice a day. However, I'm now lifting heavy 3 days per week and getting in short cardio if I feel like it, after the weight workouts. I feel like I should be doing something exercise wise everyday. However, I just don't want to. I guess I " m burnt out and tired. Is it bad that I don't want to? I've been really draggy this week, which may be due to the weird weather we're having our here.
