Guest guest
Hi , Have tried all this but it does not work for some reason with office 2007. I'm still playing with it trying to figure it out and what the problem is. When I figure it out I will send you a copy. Guest guest
Ruth, I know this might be long winded, but try the following for cutting and pasting. 1. Hold down the Shift Key with the Down Arrow Curser Key to highlight the first line of text you wish to move. 2. Keep pressing the Down Arrow Key until you find the last line of text you wish to copy, and still holding down the Shift Key. Each time you press the down curser key, JAWS should say, " Selected " , followed by what is in that line of text. 3. Press the Control+X to Clip , or Control+C to copy the text to the Clipboard. 4. Go to the Email, File or Folder, you wish to transfer the text too, and press Control+V to paste. However, you may find when carrying out the instructions of number two, that JAWS will not always read some lines of text to you. To overcome this problem in locating where you are in your text, just press the Upper curser Key, still holding down the Shift Key, and you should hear the last line of text, with the following message, " Unselected " . Guest guest
Hi , Thanks for the help but for some reason 2007 microsoft office outlook does not want to comply with these commands. I have tried different things including what you suggested but to no luck. Must be something I'm missing using 2007 microsoft office outlook. It is very different from 2003 and things are in ribbons and in different places. I will get there though, just will take some time. Thanks again.
