I think the thought of " I can eat whatever I want " is starting to sink in a bit. I tell myself that nothing is restricted, and it's like a calm washes over me. The other day we had cookies at work, and I took 1/2 a cookie and put it on my plate of food for lunch and told myself, if I am still hungry a bit after eating lunch, I can eat this cookie! And I did, and it was a perfect way to finish the meal. :)
