Guest guest Posted March 14, 2012 Report Share Posted March 14, 2012 I just talked with Dr. and he said that nutritional yeast is cross reactive to gluten. It binds with antibodies in the same way that gluten does. The glutamates are also a problem. He said that I could add things back into my diet if I wanted to but I might experience negativity.
