Guest guest Posted January 8, 2008 Report Share Posted January 8, 2008 Well, it's happening. I'm craving veggies again and I'm not going to deny myself. I've posted about my rebellion against eating certain foods that I thought were righteous in dieting days. But tonight I want something green, and nothing is gonna stop me, lol! Between today and yesterday the only fruits or veggies I've had are 1/2 banana, ~ 10 dried cranberries, and a few olives and green pepper slices on my pizza. I'M DYING FOR SOMETHING GREEN!! Several weeks ago, I thought I would never crave fruits and veggies. But now that I have been working on honoring my body's desire for more balanced nutrition, I don't feel anti-IE at all by giving into fruits and veggie cravings. It's a cool feeling.
