Guest guest
This is all just an FYI, and hopefully will help some...When I first was diagnosed with MS, my Dr.'s didn't want to check my vitamin D levels...I had to demand that they checked it...and finally it was done...turns out I had a super low level...I was an 18 out of the min of 30! For the past four years I have been trying to get my levels up and I was then cking my levels every three months....turns out, I can't digest the soft gel type...but I can digest the tablet form. Once, I figured this out on my own...my level for the first time now is a 45 and I pan for it to continue to go up...because now I know it has to be a tablet form and I take 5K-10K IU's. So please, for those of you who have a low level, make sure your levels are going up and that you are really digesting them. Do not waste your cash on the ones you can't digest, or better yet...do not mess with your health! Tablet form for all vitamins is the answer for me. I am grateful that I can digest LDN...I know I can, because if I happen to miss one day, I most certainly can tell the difference. Continue healing!
