Guest guest
LOL!!!! Yeah, and why do people tell you to watch what you eat? I ALWAYS look at my food! (Otherwise I'd stab myself in the eye with my fork!) > > > > Press, > > Will you be happy eating clean forever??? >

Because you have to be on guard for people nabbing your food. True story, my sister is about 11 years older than I am. When I was a kid I would find her picking around in my plate taking food. Is that weird or what? It's not like I was even finished! If anyone left stuff she'd eat it.

Guest guest
As kids we were limited how much milk we could have with a meal because my mom was concerned that we would 'fill' up on it instead of our food. I started keeping my milk glass on the LEFT side of the plate after I caught my older brother sipping out of mine 'by accident' (he claimed he mixed up our glasses as he sat to my right at the end of the table). NOTE - I look back and realize we didn't drink much water during the day. I am finding that this habit is one that I am much better served to increase (drinking water). I am finding that some times when I feel driven by 'hunger' its really only thirst. (Eating is a very inefficient way get moisture) > > > > LOL!!!! > > Yeah, and why do people tell you to watch what you eat? > > Because you have to be on guard for people nabbing your food. > > True story, my sister is about 11 years older than I am.
