LOL!!!!

Yeah, and why do people tell you to watch what you eat? I ALWAYS look

at my food! (Otherwise I'd stab myself in the eye with my fork!)

Because you have to be on guard for people nabbing your food.

True story, my sister is about 11 years older than I am. When I was a

kid I would find her picking around in my plate taking food.

Is that weird or what? It's not like I was even finished!

If anyone left stuff she'd eat it.

As kids we were limited how much milk we could have with a meal

because my mom was concerned that we would 'fill' up on it instead of

our food. I started keeping my milk glass on the LEFT side of the

plate after I caught my older brother sipping out of mine 'by

accident' (he claimed he mixed up our glasses as he sat to my right at

the end of the table).

NOTE - I look back and realize we didn't drink much water during the

day. I am finding that this habit is one that I am much better served

to increase (drinking water). I am finding that some times when I feel

driven by 'hunger' its really only thirst. (Eating is a very

inefficient way get moisture)
