I had a one-year-old baby banging out a bit of percussion on my slightly wobbly exposed tum this afternoon (we were playing trampolines and chasey on someone's queen sized bed - don't ask) and she loved it. Did quite a bit of experimenting on which bits made the best sound when she slapped them. I couldn't stop laughing, and nor could she. Baby giggling is one of the best sounds in the world. My tummy got an impromptu kiss too! It's nice when little minds haven't yet been corrupted regarding which bodies are acceptable and which aren't " perfect " enough.
