India Global Fund Application for Round 8 Proposal rejected ?

Dear Forum,

 

Apparently India Global Fund (GFATM) Round 8 (R8) proposal has been rejected on

technical grounds? The proposal has been evaluated by Global Fund Technical

Review Panel (TRP) and has been put in Category 3 which means rejected!

 

Will the CCM India and CSO members now accept that the objections and

allegations raised by me over several last months of unfair practices, non

tranparnecy and non accountability in R 8 of the unjust, unreasonable practices,

favoritism and partisan actions?.

 

Hopefully things change for the better now in R 9, or will they?
