To Be [Good] or Not to Be [Good]

I had an observation that I wanted to share with the group. Over the

course of the last couple of weeks/months, it seems like there has

been a lot of topics around being good or not being good about IE and

I had to throw a thought out to the group.

Isn't the point of IE to love ourselves and learn more about ourselves?

If we fall into the " good " versus " bad " mentality, are we treating

ourselves with the respect and forgiveness that is part of IE? Or are

we back into the rules mentality that caused us a lot of pain and

self-hatred?

Maybe this sounds silly but it might help to throw out the idea of

being " good " or being " bad " and just saying: " I was " , " I am " , " I did "

and " I learned " .

IE is a process that we learn from. With it, I don't feel that there

is such a thing as " good " or " bad " . Everyday, we have is a day we get

to learn something new.

What once was " good " or " bad " can just simply be. No more, no less.

Just is.
