Guest guest Posted February 28, 2008 Report Share Posted February 28, 2008 I need support, so I'm writing. For the past few days I've been way overeating, not paying attention to hunger. . . I'm just beginning to get back in touch with my signals, and, to be, honest, this is a very stressful time in grad school. It's the end! I am working a lot and using my creativity all the time. I try to take breaks, to do yoga here and there, but man, it's hard to feel my hunger signals! So, today is a new day. I have not felt hungry yet. I tend to feel it around 10:30 everyday. I'm going to try to stay relaxed and just listen to what I need (not what the professors expect, not what the viewers of my art want or expect). I want to complete my last semester of school knowing that I have to take care of myself first, especially since I'm stressed.
