Colleen, I could barely see the changes also. Jimmy has been on the diet

for 30 some odd months. In the beginning if he had something with gluten in

it I didn't know it and there weren't any symtoms. NOW if he gets something

with gluten or casein in it I know right away. He gets red ears, he dirties

his pants, he doesn't sleep etc...It will be easier to tell that your doing

something right when he eats something because then you will see what he

would have been full time. Good luck, hang in there, you are doing the right
