Guest guest Posted January 25, 2008 Report Share Posted January 25, 2008 Hi listers, Although I now use an exercise bike and free weights in my exercise regimen, we have a treadmill and I was thinking about starting to useit, too. However, I don't have a clue about speed and duration. Does anyone know of a source which would helpme to get into an organized routine with the treadmill?
