OT/Immunization questions for Dr

I am interested in getting information from my son's pediatrician in reference

to the immunization shots he received. Can you give me some advice on what

specific questions I should ask? Is there batch numbers or strains that I am

looking for? I already asked them to forward me his immunization information

and they simply sent me his immunization records. Any advice is appreciated -

I would tell them you want:

monovalent (separate)

mercury free

shots to be spaced out so that you NEVER get more than one in ANY month,

preferably longer. and never get the M, M & R less than 6 months of each

other.

or none at all. Remember it is YOUR child and YOUR decision
