Guest guest
The diet industry has us brainwashed, which is why these programs are so successful. People (like you and I) lose weight, gain it back, and are led to believe that the problem is with US. That we can't lose weight, and maintain that loss, without the help of these programs. The fact is, once we all learn to eat intuitively, these programs will go out of business (I so look forward to that day, lol!). If holding on to those materials serves as a reminder, then there probably isn't any harm in it. But if you really feel they are holding you back, it may be best to get rid of them. (I got rid of all my WW stuff a year ago, and I joked that I instantly lost 5 pounds!) > > >I have known so many people who are > >duped into WW and spend money (for what????) to be judged and coerced > >into making food an occupying thought of each moment. > > > > > > > > > > >
