The key is to look, or have someone look, at the ingredients label. Often,

bread is marketed as whole grain or multi-grain, but when the ingredient label

is examined, the first one is something like whole wheat flour. If you haven't

figured it out, flour is a very bad word! Now, having said that, it's kind of

hard to make bread without flour, so the next thing to do is look at the

nutritional data panel. If the fiber is at least 3, then you can have some of

this bread. Again, the thing to keep in mind is that bread, that is, flour, is

not much help to us unless you are very active and not overweight. There are

some breads I believe that use minimal flour, and perhaps someone will chime in

on that.
