Hi again,

We’ve had many new members join us over the last week

or so and I just wanted to say thank you all for joining us and welcome! As you’ll

see, this is a supportive and knowledgeable group and we are here for you! Feel

free to ask questions, share a-ha moments or your frustrations, vent, and have

fun!

This is a very exciting time for intuitive eating and I’m

glad we all get to share in it together!

Hi Gillian. Thanks for the welcome. I have just started back IE,

but I am not doing so great. I have started journaling to try and

help. I have been reading for a couple of days and this looks like a

great group! Thanks for having me!
