Inviting you to join GFCFrecipes at

http://www.onelist.com/group/GFCFrecipes

I know some of you are already members, so welcome all

you familar names

glowing on my screen in the am.

I expect this list will be most food sources and

recipes and techniques,

and less medical testing and why we are on the diet.

Although we should

be a very open list, GFCFKids does explain and support

the diet so very

well that it should be the first resource to service

this population. I

figure that many of us KNOW the diet works, and just

need to expand the

variety of foods that your child (and/or family) will

include in his

diet. I would encourage everyone to retain your

membership in GFCFKids

because the science, testing and theory is changing

rapidly. But if you

just need a cupcake recipe, I hope this list will be a

fast, easily

searched resource.

For posters of recipes, the fastest way to keep them

orgainzed at first

appears to be to include the Title of the recipes in

the Subject line of

your email, so I suggest only posting a few recipes in

each email, and

perhaps posting divergent topics or non-recipe answers

in a separate

email.

Otherwise we will just grow and cook together and see

what rises.

To search archives for a recipes.

Go to the Main Page of GFCFrecipes at

http://www.onelist.com/group/GFCFrecipes

at this page you can do many things,

subscribe to the list, post messages, look at the

calender, particpate

in polls, share Links to other sites, or set up a chat

session.

Since we don't have a lot of achive yet, it should be

simple.

Click on an archive where it says " Message archive by

month "

The list of messages comes up. If someone has posted

the recipe TITLE

in the Subject line of your email when you submit a

recipe, That makes

it easy to spot.

If you need to look further, in the right hand upper

corner of the page

is a search.

Select " This Archive " in the little pulldown menu,

type a keyword in the

adjacent blank - for example 'pasta', and click on the

GO button. This

should send you to a message with that word in it.

Hopefully what you

are looking for. It works just like a little search

engine does though,

if you put in 'rice' you will get a lot of assorted

messages, But if you

type in 'Goldfish crackers', you should get something

more specific.
