The good old days

have passed us by.

Now that we're older-

how time doth fly!

Think back to when

you were only ten.

Summer seemed naught

to ever end.

Our bodies, older growing-

Some parts keep on slowing. (yikes!)

Our wisdom gets greater,

Wish it'd been sooner,

Rather than later!

Trade present for past?

Not I, for at last-

I know who I am,

and I didn't, back then.
