After all the shopping talk

I decided to stop talking about it and actually go do it I knew I hadn't been

buying clothes

for myself - I won't go into all the reasons - I'm sure everyone here is

familiar with all of

them.

it was an interesting experience, I suppose partly because I was in the right

frame of mind

for it. I ended up buying three shirts - three different sizes . I took a

variety of sizes and

styles in and watched the change in the mirror and noticed how I felt when I put

each one

on.

Next time it's jeans.. Now that might take a while
