Guest guest
This is the program I've been following. It's definitely an IE program. Eat what you want - not what you think you should....eat only when you're truly hungry, stop when full, etc. I love the hypnosis CD that came with the book. Very useful, motivational, and I do believe it helps me. 'I Can Make You Thin" show? So I am watching TLC this weekend when I see a promo for a new show with this British guy claiming that he can make viewers thin through the TV.Ever curious, I looked him up on Google. I'm not exactly sure what his deal is, but it seems like he uses a combination of IE principles with some NLP to change people's attitudes about food.Yes, the title of the show is sensationalistic, but this IS tv. Here is what someone said about his book on Amazon.I love how McKenna explains that the only reason people aren't skinny is because they eat when they are not hungry and they keep eating even though they are full. Its amazing how some of these habits were never taught to me. I was taught to eat everything on my plate even though I was full. And that is where my weight gain started. Its like everything in the book is the common sense that no one ever taught you, and people are puzzled as to why they are overweight. Could it be that some IE principles are making their way mainstream? Are we the cutting edge of the new revolution? YES WE ARE! LOL...
