Call for Expression of Interest (EOI)

For Training, Monitoring and Evaluation of Integrated Counseling and Testing

Centers (ICTCs) established by Tamil Nadu State AIDS Control Society (TANSACS)

in Tamil Nadu

 

APAC – VHS is hereby inviting interested agencies or consortium of agencies

(not more than three) to express their interest in providing the following

Technical assistance to ICTCs in the following areas:

On site training ICTC staff

Conducting client satisfaction survey.

Monitor counseling sessions, UBP at laboratory,

Collate and analyze monthly reports.

Develop, pilot and scale-up innovations.

Organize state-level experience sharing workshops.

Strengthen linkages with other medical departments, NGOs and CBOs.

Grade ICTCs based on performance.

Document best practices.

Evaluation.

Based on the EOI, agencies will be short listed and invited to submit detailed

proposals (technical and financial) in accordance with APAC selection

procedures.

the format prescribed for the submission of EOI.
