OMG (ask me privately what this means, it might not be what you think) TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - The Tucson Fire Department has established a customer service line for the public to report their experiences when using the 911 System. Tricia , a spokesperson with Tucson Fire tells KGUN9 there have been numerous reports of callers getting a busy signal and other difficulties getting through to 911. The purpose of the new customer service line is to collect information directly from callers. The information will help Tucson Fire identify if there is a problem and where it has occurred, says . The customer service line message redirects all callers with an emergency to call 911. Tucson Fire is asking those people who would like to report a problem to provide the following information when calling: • Date, time and general location of the 911 call • What they experienced • Phone number they were calling from • Type of phone used to make the call (example: cell phone or land line) The information obtained will help Tucson Fire further improve their 911 System.  ----- Forwarded Message ----- > >To: FirematicEvents ; Dennismk12002@... >Sent: Friday, October 7, 2011 4:51 AM >Subject: [FirematicEvents] Tucson Fire establishes 911 customer service line - Home > > EMAIL THIS Email > > >  > > >  > You have received the following link from 27282732:  >  >  > Click the following to access the sent link: >  > Tucson Fire establishes 911 customer service line - Home* >   > >  >  >  >Get your EMAIL THIS Browser Button and use it to email content from any Web site.
