Rhonda, thanks so much for your reply! As 'fate' would have it, the last BM

i had last night before going to bed did have blood in it, but i wrote that

off as being soooo sore/flaring things up, so to speak! I'm fine this

morning, the trips to the bathroom have ended for now! I will keep an eye on

it and go to the dr and talk about things!

Again, thanks to everyone for your replies and help...this group is GREAT!!

and Sherry,

I wasn't around this weekend when y'all were discussing Crohn's

disease. I have Crohn's and have since I was 26 years old. It flared

up right after my son was born and for two years I was taking predisone

and sulfa drugs and pretty sick. I lost a lot of weight during that

time. It went in to remission and has been in remission now for 10

years (even while pregnant with my daughter). I am not taking any

medicine at all BUT sometimes I still run to the bathroom like Sherry

described. It is usually after eating a salad in a restaurant. Sherry,

I wouldn't get to worried yet especially if you are not bleeding but

still you might want to check it out with a doctor. This WOL has helped

my Crohn's considerably. , tell your sister not to get discouraged

-- that it can go in remission. If y'all have any questions, just

e-mail me off line.
