He also kinda has to move back here *snort* since for NOW they're appointing a " guardian ad litum"(sp?) for Robbin, we each have to pay the court $500 for the ad litum fee (I can do it, doubt Rob can). Rob had a lawyer, I did not, both he and testified (over the phone) so it kinda was 3 vs. 1, but the judge saw through his BS and realized that Rob didn't move there for Robbin's benefit but to be with his girlfriend! So as of the 27th we have 50/50 custody, a week each, with unlimited phone contact during the time he is with the other parent. So Rob kinda has to be nearby if he wants his week with Robbin *snort* SO sorry to break up their little lovefest...AND the judge specified no alcohol and no POT (Rob smokes...poor boy, gotta go without pot or booze *snort*). I will not celebrate UNTIL Robbie is with you. I pray that dad and girlfriend don't run with him. And I think it is to bad that you will have to share custody and every other week Robbie will have to move back and forth. But maybe dad will mess up with the drugs and alchol and the judge will ammend the agreement further. Ten days is a long time, I hope he doesn't take his frustration out on his son.
