" Info: http://diabeticgourmet.com/book_archive/details/74.shtml INGREDIENTS - 2 teaspoons canola oil - 2 teaspoons minced ginger - 2 teaspoons minced green chilies - 3 cups cauliflower florets - 1 teaspoon turmeric - 1/2 cup low-fat, low-sodium chicken broth DIRECTIONS Heat the oil in a skillet over high heat. Add the ginger and chili and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add the cauliflower, turmeric, and broth. Cover and steam until the cauliflower is tender, yet firm, about 6-7 minutes.
