" http://practical-blackwork.blogspot.com http://www.flickr.com/photos/liadains_fancies today Hi all, Today I'm laying low with some sort of stomach bug. It began yesterday, and I thought it was just something I ate. Not so. I was up 3 times last night and just about every 20 to 30 min. today. Hope it isn't the flu, as this evening I have a terrible headache and am feeling achy in general. My son, , broke his collarbone in ice hockey on Sat., but didn't feel 'the pain' of it til Sunday. So he has a sling. We are the 'walking wounded'! I hope all are fine on this wonderful group, and can stay away from all germs! I have been washing my hands like crazy and wiping things down around here! love to all, Kate Please visit: http://www.bicycleman.com awesome guy, fantastic site. Guest guest
Hi Kate! Im so sorry you are sick. Makes things so much worse when a cold or flu comes along dosnt it? Do you have a fever too? Are you taking anything for your stomach? I hope the kids and hubby are taking special care of you right now so you will be on the road to recovery. Awwhhh! Poor lil . How sad. I hope hes feeling ok. Tell him I said hi and give him a gentle hug from me. I know how bad he must be hurting. Pay pay broke her collar bone a few yrs back and it was really hard on her and so hard to see her that way,in pain and bummed out.:(And what stinks is they cant do much for it but put a good sling.Pays was real big and bulky, part wrapped from her neck and back part around and to her arm. She hated it. Prayers you both feel better very very soon. luv you lots! cassy today Hi all, Today I'm laying low with some sort of stomach bug. Guest guest
I am So sorry you're pukky, and SO SO VERY sorry your wee one is wounded!!! Are you better? I actually went out today, got a ride to walmart and bought food. I *still* don't know if we're going to court tomorrow, there's bee no word as to whether he has been served. Robbin's talk this morning did seem to indicate it, and I also talked to his school and told them the whole sordid story, since they're supposed to have a meeting there tomorrow, it should prove a bit more, um, interesting then they're expecting. I have to call the courthouse again in the morning and find out if it's a *go* or a reschedule...and I have to try and sleep tonight???? I DO know I have all my ducks in a row....and let's just say the ladies at the school were veeerrry interested in what I had to say.... You take care and FEEL BETTER, ok? Guest guest
Your "today" is far more far-reaching than mine, Akiba...Thank you for bringing me down to earth and helping merealize that what is going on with me, is petty and smallcompared to what you are having to deal with at this time!Know (again) you will be surrounded with prayer and goodpositive energy. I hope for your sake, it DOES go through,so you can go forward, get your son back, and celebratethe holidays in a wonderful way. love to you my friend,Kate today> > > > Hi all,> > Today I'm laying low with some sort of stomach bug. Guest guest
Kate Hon, there is nothing petty or small about a broken collarbone!!! Owwie!!! And pukking your guts out for 24h is no fun either, speaking from experience I know that... STILL trying to find out IF there will be court this morning! She said if they *don't* get an answer (from the Pa authorities as to whether Rob has been served) they'll go ahead with it. So hopefully I will know in a few...and hopefully we'll go today because I am SO ready and just want to get this over with! Hugs Akiba -- Re: today Your "today" is far more far-reaching than mine, Akiba...Thank you for bringing me down to earth and helping merealize that what is going on with me, is petty and smallcompared to what you are having to deal with at this time!Know (again) you will be surrounded with prayer and goodpositive energy.
