Guest guest
There are times when I'm hungry, truly hungry. Stomach is growling and everything! There are other times when I feel I'm hungry, but after 10-15 minutes, it goes away. Then I sit here wondering, should I eat? Am I really hungry? Where did it go? I'm really trying to get a better grasp at this, but wow, it throws me for some serious loops. Thoughts?
Guest guest
You need to also ask/assess for yourself when you last ate, what and how much? These are clues as to your hunger reality too. Try eating when your stomach is growling and see if you can zero in on what you are hungry for (usually easier to do when truly hungry ;-) and if you need a snack to satisfy or if full meal required. Isn't it amazing that we feel we need external input to 'allow' us to eat?!? Trust what you feel (body and emotionally) and you will find your answers soon enough ehugs, Katcha > > There are times when I'm hungry, truly hungry. Stomach is growling > and everything!
