Guest guest
Is the workbook designed to help people who are depressed? I really don't want to do counselling again or anymore pills. Every time I take pills they end up causing weight gain and now I weigh almost 300 lbs. Thanks for your time.

Guest guest
I am not sure which workbook you are referring to - Geenen Roth's Why Weight?, Koenig's Foods & Feelings Workbook? or perhaps another one? None of these requires counseling and for sure no pills! But emotions are tied into eating and if you are depressed, that is a medical condition that needs to be addressed as well. Try a search here at the group site (for depression) and see if you can come up with some other posts that deal with this too. I remember some other gals posting about this some time back. Best wishes to you - Katcha > > Is the workbook designed to help people who are depressed? I really > don't want to do counselling again or anymore pills.
