Guest guest
My daughter (29) left for home this morning. This time she stayed with me instead of her dad. Brought a blow up bed and I moved everything in the living room so she had a place to put it. I did notice something. There was an explosion of dirty dishes in the sink and on the counter top when she left ;-). I know I hinted a couple of days ago that I now wash dishes as I go , so there is rarely dirty dishes sitting around. Sometimes a coffee mug maybe. She didn't take the hint to clean up after herself. Oh , well , I have my home to myself again. I told her thurs night that I got up at 4:45 and would leave the house by 6 am for work. I have to go through the living room to do that. Had my breakfast in the dining room which is an L leg off the living room. Turned off the lights to leave for work. And couldn't get out the front door. She had locked the dead bolt when she came in the night before. I hadn't done that since I hurt my back . Right now I don't have a key for the deadbolt. One of the things that I need to change out for a new one. Anyway , I am feeling around in the total darkness trying to find the lock so I can unlock the door. When I finally realize WHY I can't open the door.
