Not to be off the diet subject but...

I have to share with someone who can appreciate my joy! My 5 year old

son has used the potty all on his own will today! This is a very happy

thankful day for us. You all will understand I am sure that you just

never know for sure how things in your autistic child will develop and

this is a momumental occasion in his life. I can't say for sure if I

can " blame " the gfcf diet for his development or not. We have sure not

done the best job of getting this diet off the ground but, we have had

alot of progress. He is 5 and we have heard they make alot of great

changes around that age. But, I sure would like to think it is a

result of the diet:) One will never know for sure but I can tell you

this much, if he keeps improving so momumentously I will have nothing

else to " blame " . I try real hard not to cry and scare him off the

potty when he is in there if you can understand that LOL. It is a

sight I never knew for sure if I would see. I hope that I encourage

someone here today with my post. Thanks for letting me cry with joy
