Hi Everyone, I am slowly getting through some house cleaning here for the group and one of the things that has come up a few times recently is trimming posts, especially to help those using the digest mode for receiving messages. We already have a reminder email for this and it looks like it goes out once a month. So I wanted to share with you the message and see if you have any other ideas or recommendations of what to put in the message. Below is the message, just send me a reply if you have any ideas. __________________________________________________________ Hi group, Just a friendly but very important reminder to TRIM YOUR POSTS when replying. We only need a few lines of the previous post to provide some context, so please don't forget to delete the extra material from the original message, including signature lines and footers. This is something you can do out of courtesy for thoseof us on Digest. It gets awfully tiresome to have to scrollthrough 4 of the already-read messages just to get to message #2. So, it'd be great if you could remember to please trim your posts. :o) If you need instructions on how to do this, please don't hesitate to contact me offlist at gillian@.... Thanks so much! Thanks!
