The best thing to do is get a DAN doctor. Our's has quite a few opinions on

how to heal the gut. His own son is autistic and he feels that you can heal

the gut through diet and supplementation. Our son receives quite a mixture

of supplements and vitamins daily; (1) multivitamin, SNT in capsule form,

acorbic acid, calcium, probiotic, CLO, DHA, zinc, pycnogenol, and ginko.

The flour mixes work great. You can use many different combinations of

flour to achieve recreating almost any recipe that you used previously. I

stick to using potato starch flour, white rice, brown rice and jowar.

However, its just a personal choice with regards to taste.

We use the Arrowhead Mills mix too, and my son loves it. We sub the water

with Dari free. However, after the mixes are all depleted in our home, I

will make my own. Its so much cheaper. I too did not care for the Pamela's

brownies. I thought they were too dry. I make mine from scratch and they

are very moist.

I have had great luck converting are old favorites over. It a lot of trial

and error, but eventually you will get the hang of it. I would be glad to

e-mail you some recipes.

It's not the cheapist but they make everything taste soo good. I've tried

other flour mixes but I just end up throwing things away.

I get them at Whole Foods, which is probably only in California. Tropical

Source is distributed by Cloud Nine in Hoboken, NJ. Call for Info? I put

the peanut butter cips in their " chex mix " and it's they are eating it better.
