Guest guest Posted December 25, 2008 Report Share Posted December 25, 2008  December 26th is Boxing Day - you rest up from Christmas - rather civilized I always thought - observed in England, Canada, and Australia nowadays - since the 27th is Saturday - have a blow out party and rest up on Sunday and then go back to work - just in time for New Years Eve partying - even if it is at home on the couch for Donna! Happy Birthday, Donna!Let us hope that those close to youcelebrate it on the 26th and not on the 25th!I am sending this out a day early, though,as I will be away much of the day tomorrow,as Chanukah is still happening, began 12/21,and last eight days.
