Guest guest
Dear FORUM, /message/9894 Ministry of Human Resource is not exactly dealing with recruiting govt. servants, which in contrast means the same thing incase private sector. The example are many, not that this is the first case, we should cry out on the Govt. decison. Further more, to most of the population of this country, when we want to communicate on HIV & AIDS, they only understand " AIDS " and not " HIV " . Most of us who are called " intelligecia " ofthe society, barring who deal on HIV/AIDS, AIDS is the only communication. So when we say of AIDS, it also relates to HIV. I hope, rather than criticise this Govt effort, which is a welcome step towards maikng it an autonomous one, so that it would take less time in between taking a decision and implemanting the decision/programme and also, making the gambit of NACO a much wider one, as the Secretary & Ex offcio DG will seat inside NACO. Lets cheer the decision and hope, it will effectively add to the current programme intervention in India.
