Guest guest
I have the 1985 version of Thin Within checked out from my local library, and have been skimming it. I made a point of finding an older version, having heard that the new Christianized version is pretty difficult to work through. It is designed as a 30 day program, and since I am not ready to commit to that, I have skimmed rather than read in-depth. One particular thought I found interesting and helpful was when the author talked about keeping a post-it note by her phone that read " Will you love yourself more if you say yes? " The idea is to ask yourself the same question about food (and other things in your life). Will I love myself more if I say yes to food when I do not feel hungry? If I say yes to a commitment that I really would prefer not to take on? If I pretend to agree with someone so that I will not cause a conflict? It has been interesting to think about the last couple of days.

Guest guest
I too did not do the religious version in 30 days, but at my own pace. This question is not in the newer version. It is a great question. Thanks for sharing this!
