I find that I need to keep very low carb to keep in good blood glucose

range. I have the recipes in the Bernstein book, but does anyone have a web

site that concentrates on things that low carb. I seem especially to be

having a hard time finding casseroles or one-pot type dishes. I am lazy, I

mean conservative, so those tend to be what I most like cooking and I like

the melded textures and flavors.

Any pointers will be appreciated.
