Call in system

Am I sorry I urged my client to go to a call in system. Her voice is no

where as clear. There is a motor sound in the background and it is going

to take either getting a new transcriber or a better recorder for her or

.....

Anyway

She is dictating a surgical procedure, the first that she has done with

me as she usually does only office notes.

She is saying open reduction and atrophic S/L cshen???

Any help appreciated.
