Guest guest
I have been doing a lot of reading about keeping your hart healthy and the plumbing as well. Most reports say a glass of red wine with your evening meal is good for you and will help to keep the arteries clear of plack. I did know a very old man who lived in my neighborhood and was over 100 and more healthy then I at that age. he pretty much ate what he wanted to, but he always said what kept him going was he had a glass of red wine for after dinner snack. He said one glass is all he ever had, but he had one every evening and had most of his life. Now I've tried a few glasses of red wine before and so far I can say it is all pretty nasty tasting. Some folks say if you have never started drinking, then don't start. i do enjoy a beer most nights and one is all I have most of the time. I do drink the light beer because it is very low in carbs. Anyway just figured some one out here may drink red wine for dinner and may know of a good one that could serve the purpose.
