Hi Jill,

I am in NYC and I noticed the same thing. The fees were a little off-as a

matter of fact the schedule shows that the total reimbursement without the

discount is higher by 5$ than what I get reimbursed currently. With the new

discount, I am finding that the reimbursement at least in my area is lower by

about 5$ per patient per treatment. Is anyone else finding this to be the case?

Calculator, the undiscounted prices on the calculator do not match the prices

listed on the Fee Schedule I printed. Some are correct while some are off from

notice that the calculator was last updated on 12/23/10 so I wasn't sure if it

just needs to be updated?
