Guest guest
We have had Medicare in our building this week and I have learned some new things. I am passing them along in case you were not aware. 1. All signatures in a medical record must have the time the signature was made. 2. Each swingbed patient has to have a comprehsive care plan that includes all disciplines involved in that patient care. The patient must be discussed in a care plan meeting at least every two weeks and the patient and/or family can be present during the discussion of their case. The patient must be provided a copy of their care plan. We have had some of the care plan in place, but we are now working on updating what we have. If any of you have a interdisicplinary care plan that you woyuld be willing to share with us it would be greatly appreciated.
