Guest guest
Sharon, this facility has therapists sign a letter of agreement stating: wage, number of hours hired, benefits, etc. to help assure there are no questions on the specifics of hire. Basically is a follow-up of what was verbally agreed upon during the interview and hiring process. I wouldn't call it a " contract " , although in today's world where a hand-shake is not seen as " binding " like it used to be, it does help clarify what was discussed and agreed upon. No, non-competes are not part of my business agreement.
