Guest guest
I have the same problem. What helps a lot for me is having about 1oz of peanuts, OR 2oz. of orange juice and a small pre-wrapped piece of cheese. I find after I eat these I can easily continue on for hours before my next meal. If I dont take care of the low blood sugar, I feel faint, and I end up eating anything in sight and way too much of it. Take Care, DanaIt's Tax Time! Get tips, forms and advice on AOL Money Finance. Guest guest
I'm definitely trying my best to pay attention to my REAL hunger cues. However, I seem to be having some (what appears to be) intermittent low blood sugar. Any suggestions as to what I should do with when I'm feeling like my blood sugar is dropping? Should I have something to eat even though I'm not actually hungry?
Guest guest
I've learned that just because my blood sugar is dropping a bit doesn't mean that I necessarily need a full meal. If I don't feel true hunger, I just eat a few bites of something. Cheese and crackers, something like that. Just a few bites will usually bring the blood sugar back up, and then I can wait for true hunger.
