Guest guest
For you more knowledgable folks, if I were to present to you three weeks of BS readings, about four per day, and diary of everything I ate, including carbohydrate values, what would you do with that information? It doesn't seem to be meaning much to me. At least once a day I record pre- and post-meal BS, but there doesn't seem to be much real useful information there. There is no consistency. I understand that it isn't just the carb counts, but also fat and protein that can effect the values. I just wonder if I'm not spinning my wheels and digging my frustration deeper by keeping this data. Any pointers will be appreciated. I never did find anything much better than the Accu-Chek on-line diary for BS and carbs, but even that information is little more than interesting. All thanks!
