Guest guest Posted March 7, 2001 Report Share Posted March 7, 2001 Okay. I looked at Fitday and as of 1 p.m., I'm at 20 carbs. My dinner for tonight has a total of 4 carbs. So, for the day, I'll be at 24 carbs, 125 fat, 110 protein, and 1663 total calories (not even gonna tell you what percentage that is FAT, Kirstie....) So here's the question - if I'm at 24 carbs, can I still consider that an induction day? I'm trying to keep on induction because I have so much to lose. I don't like weighing myself everyday, because I find that incredibly discouraging. So far, I've lost about 7.5 lbs. and I've been doing this for a month. I like that rate of loss - doesn't set me up for disappointment and it's healthy. And I just KNOW this is gonna be a YMMV question! Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
