Guest guest
Terry, I think it was you that said you know Lang. If you could please email me at angels-7@... I would love to give you the information so that you could contact him for me. I still have not recieved anything from him and he said he would get it out asap so I would not be out of a multi for Gavin. He had a few back orders to do first and then mine. Anyway, I do need this or at least would like it since he did charge me for it. Thanks for your help. __________________________________________________

I really didn't want to say anything negative about Lang because I know his heart is in the right place but something's got to give. I too have been told my vitamins would go out ASAP and that was 3 weeks ago. What gets me is that when I call he says that he's going to put my order up on top. If he puts my order on top, what happens to the people at the bottom who have been waiting longer. Doesn't he have a priority system? Isn't it supposed to be first come, first serve? I don't mind waiting at all as long as I know my name is moving up on the list, but is it? Guest guest
At least you are getting through, all i been getting is the answering machine and he does not return my calls. I just do not have the money or time to be burned by people. I get all sad just thinking about it. When another mom emailed me and said she ordered in Sept and STILL did not get hers. It really makes you wonder. --- JPiker@... wrote: > In a message dated 7/15/2002 9:45:36 PM Eastern > Standard Time, > heavenly_angels_7@... writes: > > > > I would love to give you the information so that > you > > could contact him for me. Guest guest
Just to chime in here, I received my first order from BrainChild Nutritionals (Spectrum Support II) a couple of weeks ago. It took about a month plus a couple of follow-up phone calls, but I did get them, and I think we're seeing some subtle benefits from this product. My sense is that Lang is knowledgeable in the chemistry but maybe lacking in how to run a business smoothly, or maybe he's overwhelmed by the demand for his products right now. For now, I'm sticking with his product, but will plan on a long lead time when I need to reorder. Guest guest
How can you remain " your own company " when you do not even get the product you make to the costomers that pay you money for it? That is part of what a company is, supple and demand. I know it must be tough for him but in the same respect it is TOUGHER for us parents dealing with these children day in and day out. Hoping and praying that what we are doing on a daily basis is going to make a difference in their little lives. I am STILL waiting for Brainchild. But like you said til then we will have to rely on a company we can trust and get results and product. KIRKMANS AND HOUSTON!!!!!!!!! THANK GOD FOR THEM!
