7-10 days, then cut back to about a quarter of that dose as a

MAINTENANCE DOSE that you give indefinitely. Or find something else

you are willing to use for maintenance.

I decided to bite the bullet and have a few days of phenol

No-Fenol works very well for most phenols. But my son lost his phenol

sensitivity after 10 rounds of ALA, so you might also be seeing the

effects of chelation. But either way, congrats on the improvement!
