1. PHYSICALLY FAINT (light headed, blood sugar drop, shaky, and weak)

2. RAVENOUS (headache, weak, will most likely overeat because you waited too long)

3. FAIRLY HUNGRY (regular stomach rumbling, mild headache starting)

4. SLIGHTLY HUNGRY (light spasmodic stomach rumbles)

5. NEUTRAL (unable to feel food in the stomach, very comfortable, happy, content)

6. PLEASANTLY FULL (able to feel food in stomach, comfortable, happy, content)

7. FULL (slightly uncomfortable, wishing you had eaten less)

8. STUFFED (wanting to sit down, not very motivated)

9. BLOATED (sore stomach, not able to even drink comfortably)

10. UNCOMFORTABLE (need to lie down, hurts to move, nauseous, want to go to sleep)

The goal is to try to stay between a 3 and a 7
